Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) has been shortlisted in two categories of this year’s CIH Scotland Housing Awards.
The CIH Scotland Housing Awards 2021 recognise and celebrate the creativity, passion and innovation of housing organisations and individuals across the breadth of the sector in Scotland.
The past year has been monumentally challenging for all of us. However, across this difficult period, the housing sector has pulled together to overcome enormous challenges and obstacles, continuing to deliver vital services and support to communities throughout the nation.
BHA’s Better Comms Team and Digital Champions have been shortlisted in the ‘Communications in a Crisis’ category while Technical Officer Jamie Aitchison has been shortlisted in the ‘Inspirational Young Housing Professional’ category.
BHA Chief Executive, Michelle Meldrum commented: “The challenges of this past year have been unprecedented and the whole sector has stepped up to make a significant contribution towards supporting individuals and wider communities. At BHA we are extremely proud of all our colleagues and it’s extra special to have the Communications Team and Jamie recognised in this way. Good luck to all the shortlisted nominees.”
The winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony to be held on Thursday, February 4
