Rent First is aimed to advise and support our customers on the importance of paying their rent. In the run up to Christmas, household budgets come under greater pressure and we want to make sure we help our customers avoid getting into debt and rent arrears.
We have a range of support available for anyone struggling with their finances. Our Financial Inclusion Team are here to support and advise on any benefits that you may be entitled to and our Customer Accounts Team can provide support in ensuring your rent is paid on time.
