New Board members appointed

Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) has appointed six new members to its Board of Trustees.

The new Board members bring a range of expertise with them – they include a Director of the Scottish Procurement Alliance, a former logistics expert in the Royal Navy, an EasyJet Airlines
executive, a Chartered Surveyor, an award winning hairstylist and a Principal Engineer.

The new members are:

Clive Feeney

Clive is an experienced senior manager with a history of success in developing and implementing strategies for growth and change management. Primarily focussing on procurement,
His experience covers both the public and private sectors, managing stakeholder engagement at senior level within national and local government, alongside major construction organisations and third sector partners.

Sean Dickson

Sean has a degree in Business and Enterprise and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He is currently Housing Services Manager at Melville Housing Association and has 11 years’ experience in Housing Associations, having worked previously for Scottish Borders Housing Association as a Housing Officer. Sean also has experience in procurement and logistics which he gained whilst serving 12 years in the Royal Navy.

Susie McCosh

Susie is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 year’s business experience across the UK and global markets. A commercially focussed manager, she has held several posts with RBS including Head of Asset Management (Asia Pacific) based in Hong Kong before setting up her own company Willowbrae Consulting Ltd.

Paul Matthews

Paul is an experienced manager, designer, programme and project manager with over 11 years’ experience and a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects in the built environment with a variety of partners and stakeholders. He has experience across the public, provide and third sectors including the full project cycle from business case justification to construction. He takes an inclusive and collaborative approach to the design and delivery of projects to best meet the needs of local people.

Graeme MacLeod

Graeme is a highly motivated and experience senior business leader and has a proven track record of leading and managing significant innovation and change in complicated operating environments. He is currently Head of Ground Handling Transformation with easyJet Airline Co Ltd, Gatwick, where his achievements include implementing the world’s largest installation
of Auto Bag Drop facilities at London Gatwick.

Lynn Gray

Current president of Duns and District Amateur Operatic Society and an active member of the Duns Summer Festival Committee, Lynn has been a BHA tenant for the past 12 years. She is
a hairstylist with 24 years’ experience and is a past winner of the coveted L’Oreal Avant Garde Colour Trophy.

Retired from the Board is David Melrose, from Duns, who has served for 18 years. BHA is very grateful to David for his excellent work and long service.
