Against a backdrop of increasing costs within the sector, BHA undertook a review on the approach to its home upgrade
programmes last year. BHA is happy to announce that our programme for kitchen and bathroom upgrades is underway.
MP Group has been appointed as the official contractor for the programme and is targeted to deliver the new
upgrades to customers’ homes in batches over the year.

The funds we collect through rent play a pivotal role in both maintaining and enhancing our customers’ homes as well as providing our day-to-day services. BHA has a rolling planned programme which essentially means we will invest in new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and heating systems to ensure we continue to improve the quality of our homes.
