II.2.4) Description of the procurement

Berwickshire Housing is seeking a Programme & Project Management Director to work with us for a few years to lead on a programme of business transformation projects that will make us more effective. This role is likely to be part time circa 3 day per week (21 hours) and will sit alongside our leadership team and you will be based in our Head Office, Berwickshire Housing Association, 55 Newtown Street, Duns, Berwickshire, TD11 3AU

You must have experience of leading and driving significant business change with the ability to positively influence and lead thought an organisation. Experience in leading and delivering complex transformation programmes combined with an ability to build organisation capability in problem solving and project management.

It is expected that service provision will commence on October 2019 and will run for 1 year, with the possibility of a further 2 x 1 year extensions to the contract to a maximum of 3 years. The extension of the contract will be entirely at the discretion of BHA. The contract is subject to re-appointment annually.
