Relief Housing/Technical Assistants

Hours: As & when required
£9.42 per hour

We regularly require temporary cover for staff training, sickness absence and annual leave and therefore we require a bank of staff we can call upon to provide relief cover.

BHA is proud to have very specialist and skilled staff within the Housing and Technical Teams and we are currently recruiting for the following Relief Positions:

Relief Housing Assistant

This post provides the first point of contact for most people dealing with Berwickshire Housing Association and will be responsible for providing an effective front line information service on all areas covered by Customer Services.

Occasionally, in specific situations, staff may have to deal with financial payments and will also assist the Housing Officers out in the Community.

Relief Technical Assistant

Responsible for the delivery of a customer focused Reactive,Void, Planned and Cyclical Maintenance and Estate Management service, maximising customer satisfaction.

Ensuring that BHA meet agreed targets/performance indicators for all Maintenance related works as defined by our Trustees, Regulator etc.

To provide efficient administrative and professional support to the full range of Housing, Technical and Finance activities carried out by Technical Services Department.
