About Us Welcome
Welcome to Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA).
Created in 1995 when we took over all the housing stock and related assets of Berwickshire District Council, we currently provide housing and related services to over 2,000 households in the Berwickshire area.
We build new housing for rent with grant aid from Communities Scotland and we have 3 subsidiary companies.
Through Seton Care we provide residential and community-based care in North Northumberland and housing support services for the elderly in Berwickshire.
Through Berwickshire Limited we provide new housing for sale, and design and manage renewable energy projects.
Through homehunt Limited we provide housing software and services for the rented sector.
We aim to make a significant contribution to meeting local housing needs, supporting the community and enhancing people’s quality of life.
