Human Resources Advisor

Remuneration: £18,900-£23,600 pa (depending on experience and qualifications)

Supporting the Head of Human Resources, you’ll provide administrative and general HR advisory support across the business advising staff and managers on policies, processes and procedures as well as carrying out HR, training and Health & Safety administration.

You’ll need to hold (or be studying for) a CIPD qualification and have broad generalist experience of key HR issues. Confident, credible and well organised, you should have a passion for customer service and empowerment. It is essential that you have previously provided HR services.

Community Services Manager - Seton Care

Remuneration: circa £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Reporting to the Assistant Director you will lead and manage a dedicated care and support staff team and empower them to achieve the best possible outcomes for all those we provide service to. Your main challenge will be to transform the way we currently deliver services.

You will also be expected to expand the service area on both sides of the border.

We are looking for a decision maker who is proactive, forward thinking, highly motivated, able to multi task and can demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills. You will also need a sound knowledge of National Care Standards and relevant legislation.

Community Support Workers - Seton Care

Remuneration: £6.30 per hour

Would you like a career in care? If so our subsidiary Seton Care is recruiting Community Support Workers throughout North Northumberland to support individuals to continue living in their own homes. You don’t need to have had previous experience as we will provide you with all the support and training you require. If you’re only available to work a few hours a week we could fill those hours with meaningful and rewarding work.
