Our New Repairs Service
Explaining Our New Repairs Service
New Repairs Service Starts on the 15th February 2010
From the 15th February 2010 we will have a dedicated Repairs Team based in our Eyemouth Office who will handle and process all response repairs that you normally report.
Why are we Changing?
By introducing a dedicated Repairs Team our aim is to further improve the service we deliver to you. By having one team responsible for handling all the repair requests we can ensure that all repairs are handled in a consistent way.
We hope this will greatly improve the service we provide to you and will allow us to monitor our repairs expenditure more closely.
How this Change will Affect You?
There will now be two ways you can report a repair to us:
- If you are in a local office and want to report a repair just pick up the red phone located in the office and speak to one of our dedicated repairs assistants.
- To report a repair from home call our new 24 hour Repairs Hotline on 0800 652 8104 you will connect directly to one of our dedicated repairs assistants. Calls are free from BT landlines and public telephones, but call charges from mobile phones and other providers may vary.
If you experience any difficulties or have any questions, a Housing Assistant will still be on hand at each of our office, to offer help and advice with the new system.
If you have any questions about the changes to this service then please contact a member of the Technical Services Team on 01361 883115.
In the longer term we will be offering a facility to report repairs online through the Association’s website. Once this service is up and running we will let you know.
