Our Location
Berwickshire, historically a county, is now part of the Scottish Borders Region. It covers an area of approximately 350 square miles in the eastern Scottish Borders. It is bordered by the river Tweed (which forms the border between England and Scotland) to the south, the North Sea to the east and the Lammermuir hills to the north.
Berwickshire offers some of the most magnificent scenery in the British Isles. In addition to its beautiful landscapes, attractive villages and abundant wildlife, the region is of unsurpassed botanical, geological and historic interest. Agriculture, fishing and tourism form the basis of the local economy. The three largest communities in Berwickshire are Eyemouth, Duns and Coldsteam.
