Handy Person

Remuneration: circa £14,560 pa

As part of our aim to improve services to our customers, you will be required to carry out assessments of minor repairs, adaptations and improvements required in both void and tenanted properties.  You will, in line with procedure, agree tasks to be undertaken and make arrangements where possible for the work to be completed within specific timescales.

Experience as a time served tradesperson would be desirable with good all round DIY knowledge essential.  You should have good communication skills and be able to plan and prioritise workload.
A full, current driving licence is essential (a company van will be available for work use).
