Cyclical Maintenance
To maintain our properties in the best possible condition we have established "cyclical maintenance programmes". This means that:
- We aim to paint the outside woodwork, gutters, down pipes and walls of our homes every four years.
- We ensure that all gas fires, back boilers and communal gas boilers are serviced once a year.
- We have shared control entry systems serviced yearly.
- We ensure that communal lifts or stairlifts are serviced regularly.
