How to make a Complaint

We are committed to providing an excellent service at all times, but recognise that we may not always fully meet peoples' expectations. We therefore have a single and easy-to-access system for formal complaints, i.e. when all normal approaches have proved unsuccessful.

To make a formal complaint you can pick up a simple complaints form at any of our offices. The forms are on public display, so you do not need to ask for one.

We aim to deal with all complaints fairly and sympathetically and as promptly as possible. But if dissatisfied with the way we have handled the complaint, tenants have the right to go to the Public Services Ombudsman.
