Berwickshire Housing Association is a "not-for-profit" Industrial and Provident Society registered with Communities Scotland. We are a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) with a current stock of 1739 houses located throughout Berwickshire and Berwick-upon-Tweed.
Our registered office is in Duns, with three local housing offices in Duns, Eyemouth and Coldstream providing access to all our housing services.
Founded in people and property, we seek to become the first choice for people in the provision and management of affordable housing, care and support services, housing service systems and in the advancement of Development Opportunities and Renewable Energy Systems. We are committed to producing a beneficial impact on people's lives in everything we do.
Berwickshire Housing Association is committed to Quality and has achieved a number of Quality Management accreditations including Investors in People, European Foundation for Quality Management, Quality Guild, Communitues Scotland Inspection self assessment and Homepoint.
